Location: the hotel was close enough to a nice area close to the train station, ferry and marina or train station. Big units with an extraordinary view and comfortable bed, and the staff were amiable.

I had a LOVELY stay with a breakfast included and liked the location, it was perfect and close to everything. The room was beautiful and I also had a reasonably spacious bathroom.
